Changing Your Header

You can easily change your header (top horizontal image) using the following easy steps:

Step 1 – Log into our blog. Remember that you can log in by entering the URL http://myblog.wordpress.com. From the dashboard, choose Appearance. Then choose Custom Header, as shown below.

Step 2- Browse for your image. Then click on Upload. Note that your image may be a little bigger or smaller than the specified image since you will crop it to the exact proportions in the next step.

Step 3 – Crop the image as desired. You can use a smaller portion of the image, as shown below. The cropped image will automatically be resized.

That’s it! And, if you don’t like your new header (I really don’t like mine), you can go back to the Appearance, Custom Header interface and either restore the original header or upload a new one.
